are u one of those people that say "asmr is weird and i don't get it" Have u put on some good headphones sat in a quiet room and just listened? I think people are not getting the whole point of it, It's not about the sounds it's the triggers it makes in your head

hey, I'm not saying it's anything bad, i just use music to mute my thoughts and feel better, instead of asmr. To each their own, buddy ^^

Is clueless, still don't get it, Do u get them head tingles or whatever they call it cuz that's the only point to it nothing more then just tingles!!

uhhh,, I'm not sure i understood you clearly there. I listen to music to have a little breather from life by immersing myself in it, and just enjoying a moment of bliss. I've never tried asmr as a form to deal with depression and its consequences, so if you enjoy it — that's awesome! I just have my ways, haha
