This is mask-off fascism, which should horrify every US citizen, because it means they think they have already won.
Considering how overall passive the US population has been since trump came into office, I don't blame him for feeling this confident. I mean, protests are good in a working democracy. They don't have that anymore. Time to bring out those guns they always talk about having in order to protect themselves from their government. A friend of mine made a pretty good point when he said that he was embarrassed for the Americans that they made such a fuss about George Floyd but when their very existence is being dismantled in front of their eyes, it's crickets.
