Does that mean you also pronounce scuba sku•ba instead of skoo•bah? Because that U stands for Underwater not OOnderwater. And what about Jpeg? Shouldn't it be Jeg because the P in photographic is silent.

[g] [d͡ʒ] [ʒ] [ŋ] [j] [ɣ~ʝ] [x~χ] [d͡z] [ɟ] [k] [ɠ] [ɢ] /dʒiː/

For English pronunciation it lists:
/dʒ/ /ɡ/ /ʒ/ and silent
