I'd love to find someone who makes a decent controller where both of the joysticks are above the buttons (so basically the opposite of the Playstation layout). Anyone know of one? I've only ever found no-brand Amazon junk.

Not quite what you're describing, but worth mentioning: You might enjoy the Steam Controller for the same reasons you like right-stick-on-top controllers. It uses track pads instead of sticks. They've been discontinued for years, though, so I don't know how tough it will be to find one.
