Well #1 you're wrong, #2 the Villeneuve movies are frickin' great and very necessary, and #3 gonna get one more and it'll be great too.

I liked the David Lynch movie. It's proper weird. Perfectly fitting for such a weird world.

But the story is difficult to tell on screen. Same issue with most books: you can't see into the character's mind as well on screen as in writing.
