That's silly. Someone born in 1995 isn't a 90s kid. A 30 year old doesn't even remember the 90s. 90s kids are like 40 now.

That's more of an 80s baby than "grew up in the 80s", to be fair. Anyone who was school-age throughout the 90s was some form of "90s kid". In the US, that's 6yrs+ at the very least (though I'd argue that 8-10yrs old and up'd be more relevant to such generational pseudo-nostalgia "meme" bs).
