I had some one ask for a stuffed crust. I normally wouldn't approve , but they brought their own cheese to have me make it for them.

How did you prevent the cheese from leaking out?

Did the cheese deflate inside?

rolled in the low skim milk string cheese. my dough isn't really designed for this but I think the guy I made it for was psyched.
