rolled in the low skim milk string cheese. my dough isn't really designed for this but I think the guy I made it for was psyched.

Looks great! I’m also not a stuffed crust fan, but we once did a Quad city style (malt dough) that was stuffed with cheese curds..ended up a ridiculous mess..but was really good
nice job! are the toppings the same in both pies?
no the top is eggplant pepperoni and the bottom is our "everything", which I only make for special people.
I think 2 ingredients is the right number for a well structured pie. 3 is really pushing it. 4 is silly but this was for a silly person.

yeah these potato cam focus don't do them justice but I'm happy to put them up against any ny style pizza, if maybe we're a little inconsistent because were still using a weird oven. So long as things are lined up, the pizza we make is 10/10 and better than any other pizza you can buy on Oahu.
the pics aren't bad at all you have good lighting with no shadows they are not blurry!
