Microsoft said that employees who spend three or four days in the office have higher Thriving Scores — a metric that measures employee well-being.

Personally, when my company started forcing everyone back to office three days per week, I quit. I hated it so much. Because it affects my entire life.

I dont want my coworkers and bosses to be part of my life. I didnt pick them, I dont like some of them, and there is a huge feeling of hierarchy all the time. It sucks.

Anyone forcing return to office should be removed from power.

I've had a couple recruiters talk to me about full onsite jobs. I tell them no, because I value my time and health.

Labor should organize and remind the owners that they only live a peaceful life because we haven't flexed our power

Yeah its such a huge difference in life quality.

When I was forced to go into office three days per week, I felt like a prisoner. It was really affecting my life. I had no energy left after work and was generelly just so tired that i watched tv and went to bed.

That feeling of being completely drained is not fun. For what. Its not a good life.
