Women only trans inclusive This is an inclusive community for all things women. Whether you're here for make up tips, feminism or just friendly chit chat, we've got you covered.

Rules…

  1. Women only… trans women are women, and transphobic or gender critical talk isn’t allowed. Anyone under the trans umbrella (e.g. non-binary, bigender, agender) is free to decide whether a women's community is a good fit for them.
  2. Don’t be a dick. No personal attacks, no aggression, play nice.
  3. Don’t hate on groups, hatefilled talk about groups is not allowed. Ever.
  4. No governmental politics, so no talk of Trump actions etc. We recommend Feminism@beehaw.org for that, but here is an escape from it.

So fellow girls, I have a question for you? How do I use Eyeliner? I tried several approaches so far and it ended up looking like shit every time, so instead of trying to figure it out myself I just gonna ask you.

So today I tried out some eyeliner / eye makeup in general and got it to look like this:

That's a really pretty eyeshadow, especially with your eye color! And it goes nicely with the eyeliner color too.

You did a great job with the bottom liner - you have a good shape and stayed close to the lash line. For the top, it looks like maybe you had a hard time getting the eyeliner to make an even line, or maybe it wore off in a couple of places? Either way an eye primer might help. I use this one but any basic eye primer should do the trick. It'll make your eye makeup go on more smoothly and stay in place longer (especially if you have oily eyelids like I do!). And I would recommend maybe using a little more pressure when you do your top liner - it'll help make a more defined, even line without skips. It shouldn't hurt obviously but it does take some getting used to the feeling of pressure on your eyeball when you do your liner!

I hope this helps :)
