I'm not sure that learning from AI is a good idea. I tried to learn for a month, but it seems that I became completely stupid and forgot how to communicate with people. Now I learn from other people, it may be slower, but it is much more effective.

LLM is an excellent tool to increase your study efficiency. If you can study. If you have a basic understanding of the theme. If your IQ is above 30. If you test new knowledge in practice.

If not -- learn from TikTok.
