They were kicked out of the finals 2 years ago after a smear campaign from the Israeli broadcaster. They absolutely have an axe to grind

The head of Slovenia’s national broadcaster has also said the country, a regular participant in Eurovision, would likely withdraw if Israel participates. Similar comments have been made by the head of Iceland’s national broadcaster.

Yes, but they haven't confirmed it, its only 'likely'.

The second paragraph says who the other two confirmations are: "The move follows similar statements last week by RTÉ and the Dutch public broadcaster AVROTROS. "

RTÉ is the Irish Public Broadcaster.

So Ireland and the Netherlands
