What is Agent Scully's dad doing in the first panel?
It's clearly a shot from Stargate. I guess one of the guys from Stargate was also in X-files, then.
Why they've edited it together with Star Trek is anybody's guess, but it's probably just for the chaos of it.
It's actually the Stargate characters edited into a Star Trek meme.
