I genuinely can't tell of this is real Welsh or just gibberish with a random '
it's from HP Lovecraft's Cthulu mythos, off the top of my head it reads something like, "Deep in the underwater city of Ryleh, Cthulu lies asleep, dreaming"
OK, but do you mean the actual text is from a story where this text is the gibberish that summons Cthulu? Or that it's a translated piece of text from that story that is now in Welsh?
it's a fake mysterious language Lovecraft made up. nothing to do with Welsh
Google reckons this would be: "Yn ddwfn yn ninas danddwr R'lyeh, mae Cthulhu yn gorwedd yn cysgu, yn breuddwydio"
