Also, getting distracted doesn’t mean you’re doing it wrong.
noticing that you got dostracted and getting back on track for a while until it happens again is what it is all about (if you ask me)
Yea, there are also many kinds of meditation that aren't all about sitting quietly still, but all tend to have this "noticing" element. That is the important element.
This is the key, that returning to focus is actually where you are working.
