This will be some variant close to Prieur 663, I think:

Trebonianus Gallus, Billon. tetradrachm of Antioch, Syria. AD 252. Antioch mint. AYTOK K Γ OYIB TΡEB ΓAΛΛOC CEB, laureate, draped and cuirassed bust right, seen from the back, four dots below. / ΔHMAΡX EΞOYCIAC, eagle standing left, head and tail right, holding wreath in its beak. Δ between legs, SC in exergue. Prieur 663; Dura I, 583; BMC 639.

Originally silveted, to pass as some version of a silver coin.
