Saw so many people buying this specifically in the grocery store today
TBH I don't like their ice cream. However, this company always comes to the plate for their employees and the country. So I will still buy a pint here and there.
Their lactose free is good
But they aren’t good to their employees, paying below market rate and surveillance that puts Amazon to shame lets them have a lot more flexibility
We started buying only Chapman's after talking to a trucker who delivered to them for years and had lots of great things to say about how they operated and the quality of ingredients. Myself, I think it's the best industrial scale brand available to us.
I feel the same, but after reading about how they have been being a stand-up Canadian company, I will continue to buy this through our troubling times.
BTW these premium flavors are actually quite good.
I'll give those a try!
In this small size, in Montreal area you can also find the brand Bilboquet that is absolutely delicious.
They need to make vegan options. And I'm not talking overpriced sorbet.
Have you tried So Delicious brand? Danone Canada is the parent company. It is amazingly good.
Holy shit, I haven't seen that brand in years! I'll have to see where it's sold.
Edit: scratch that. They are an American company.
