If reporting the Smith screed, you can also include these details in your complaint.

It may also be reportable to the RCMP as potential violation of Canadian Criminal Code, Section 122 Breach of public trust.

Proving breach of public trust under s. 122 should include:

[1] ☐ identity of accused as culprit

☐ date and time of the incident

☐ jurisdiction (incl. region and province)

☐ the accused was an « official » (holds « office » or is « appointed or elected to discharge a public duty »);

☐ the accused was acting in connection with the duties of his or her office;

☐ the accused’s conduct represented a serious and marked departure from the standards expected of an individual in the accused’s position of public trust; and

☐ the accused acted with the intention to use his or her public office for a purpose other than the public good, for example, for a dishonest, partial, corrupt, or oppressive purpose.

This form does not allow me to choose foreign interference as a complaint. Says I haven't chosen a complaint. Is this happening to anyone else?

That's odd, possible it's missed the influence type after selecting?

It will let me choose but then won't go past this page. It just keeps reloading and saying choose an influence type.

We should be explicit about some things:

  • It is the project of capitalists & the new regime to divide and conquer Canada by stoking the flames of western alienation
  • Danielle Smith is merely the next step in a media pipeline that we've unfortunately allowed to progressively rot our country for the past 20 years
  • She is openly admitting to the fact she incited a foreign leader to interfere in Canada's sovereign elections
  • The everyday people of Alberta are not to blame for this situation—their disillusionment and vulnerability to grifters like her did not come from nowhere
  • When fascism rears it's head, the working class must band together, and that includes reaching out to Albertans
