To say Germany or Ireland can count themselves lucky in this madness is kind of a ridiculous take in this situation. They‘re still hit much harder by this than most EU members. Doesn‘t matter if they‘re counted separately or not and I won‘t give the American government even the satisfaction of acknowledging Trump‘s insane fever dream maths as something you could make sense of. No, Ireland and Germany can not count themselves lucky.
