What you say about them?

Edit: The window animations is called “Burn My Windows” by CinnamonBurnMyWindows@klangman. Its an extension you can grab it by going to the settings > extensions > and search for Burn My Windows. You can also customize it to a lot of things. In my case I used "Aura Glow" For opening and closing windows. And I used "Focus" for minimizing and unminimizing windows.

The other widget which says "Guess What" Its called conky, you can customize it to whatever you like, but I could not add the weather function for some reason.

You did all of this on Linux mint? That's a actually impressive. Which "burn my window" is that?

“Aura Glow” For opening and closing windows. And I used “Focus” for minimizing and unminimizing windows.

mhmmm flashy. When you say about your previous Linux Mint Desktop, what are you running now, and did you customised it yet?

[–] azha@lemmy.world 1 points 2 days ago

I did but this time I went with MacOS look and feel, I will post it today and the reason i didn't showed it here because I kinda wanted to make another post for it because I want this community to grow.

I prefer my Linux Mint with the Compiz 3D desktop cube, partly transparent so I can see the other 3 desktops behind the main one I'm currently using.

That arrangement is absolutely awesome for running 3 virtual machines simultaneously and being able to see them all at once from the 4th desktop, and quick and easy to switch between them.

But hey, cool cool however you like your Mint!

Looks clean - I like it! Quite new to Linux myself, so I don't really know how much is possible in terms of customisation, but it looks good objectively

Don't worry I will make a detailed post today and pin it, you can find good and easy stuff in it

Awesome, thanks!

I like the windows fizzing into existence, how did you accomplish that? Also, what's the rainmeter-esque "Guess what" background component?
