For all parking disasters, not just simple bad parking (for that see yplac.co.uk).
Also includes "you can't park there, sir" for the police equivalent.

How do you screw up that bad?! I mean they basically benched the ship it's not even narrow or anything.
Probably being understaffed for your entire career and it ends up with a guy sleeping at the helm
