How is this novel exactly? TXT is, and always has been, free form. It's the whole point. And converting a jpg to base64 isn't exactly ground breaking...
It looks like the site is just AI generated crap based off of blog posts it scraped. "Cyber Security News" is about as generic as it gets.
Agreed, the title is unnecessarily click-baity as well, since it had nothing to do with hacking specifically.
Why would anyone want to do that? Wouldn't it be more fun to hide your super-secret image in the innocuous-looking threads dot net profile text of hundreds of users?
