Hows this hackernews worthy? He did SWEs random Tuesday, mentions statistics (wow gauss), and writes a medium post? The bar is so low.

No shit right? I'm pretty sure I could have picked like 9 sample values and run them through a continuous Bezier curve to achieve similar accuracy within a split second.
