Kettlebell swings are a perfectly safe exercise as long as you spend some time to work on your form. That said, I also don't understand why the ever living fuck you'd do one hundred reps for? There is no fucking way you're maintaining form for all one hundred of those consecutively.

I’m glad the article covered a bit of proper use. Could have gone in more depth on the caveats but at least it was mentioned.

100 swings a day is stupid. No bent over rows, no cleans, snatches, halos, squats, get ups? I love working with my kettlebells but swings are just a fraction of the workout.
