I can't imagine car-dependent stroads and their type species, the chain drive-through restaurant, being the way things are built on the moon, if only because efficient use of space is likely to be necessary to profitability even more than it is on Earth. And stroads & the large parking lots on the stores that usually line them are just about the worst use of space imaginable.
