I could dig the strains and grows up, but let’s just stick with numbers for now. 2 of the batches which were stored and the bottom had some pretty bad freezer burn, they’re the greener pucks.

So after washing the cannabis a lightly press dried then immediately froze the hash in the screen. What you see here is after removing the from the screens to air dry.

On the left from the top is the collection of the third batch of collection from the 25 micron bag, under that is the second wash, then the first wash. In the right on top is the 73 micron bag, under that the second wash, then the first wash again.

Total weight is 90g but that’ll drop as it air dries.

Any Qs I’ll try to answer.

Edit, oh each batch was 350g of material, so about 2.5kg of fresh frozen cannabis for the material.

Is the whiter stuff any good? I ain't ever seen hash that wasn't a dark to light tan or green but I have to assume it could be that pale if it's mostly the dusty crystal stuff from the surface of the buds.

That’s… a rabbit hole growmie, but I’ll be brief.

The white means it’s “pure” let’s call it, trichomes are naturally white/clear, they turn brown they oxidize, that happens during the dry and cure. This is fresh frozen cannabis, so frozen at harvest.

The green comes from chlorophyll, which isn’t good, means I broke the cellular walls during wash or other means (freeze dried storage).

So this stuff will brown as it dries and oxidizes. The only true way to keep it white and have “live rosin” is to use a freeze dryer.

One of my resources

Please excuse my ignorance, but, what do you do with it?

Not ignorance, just something to learn!

You can either smoke it as it is, but I’ll use heated platenes to press it into rosin.

Each step is just more concentrated, but the rosin can be made into carts to smoke.

This is homemade

8”x8” boxes? Size of the pucks don’t matter total weight does.

It lost 20g total in 24 hours. Crazy.
