Why do we keep referring to this as a democracy when government only ever represents wealth, power and corporations.
It's a system that people only ever fight and seldom ever actually represents people anymore
I just call all western "democracies" capitalist/corporate dictatorships now.
The problem can not be addressed if we refuse to acknowledge what it is.
The solution won't be talked about either because of big scary words that people have been conditioned to not respond to or respond negatively to.
The propaganda campaigns are very successful, just like the ones claiming we somehow have a corner on free speech.
As someone who grew up in a relatively isolated rural area in the midwest US, it's incredible how much BS I've had to unlearn from international sources.
i grew up in the southwest and can assure you that it's the same everywhere.
What the fuck does this even mean? How can the government end a strike? I suppose the consequences for continuing the strike after this are something like losing the union protections the government allows. I'm a bit surprised most unions aren't banding together to all go on strike in response to the repeated use of this.
