People who don't like Republicans already know, people who do wouldn't listen or care.
Its less about the files, we know whats in them. They want us to forget these files so its important not to. We need to annoy them and show anyone who might have missed, what liars they are.

The actual answer is that she doesn't hold any position.
Best guess is that she’s frustrated with the amount you pay versus what you get back. And honestly she’s not wrong but probably mad at the wrong at the wrong people.
