Technically, DC isn't a state. Which, unfortunately means it's more vulnerable to Trump's manipulation. They don't have the same legal protections.
Maryland should take it's lands back from the feds, kick the fuckers into the sea.

That said, given the shutdown I guess cutting FICA taxes is fine too.

Yup, that's what I'm thinking. I mean I'll set the money aside in a bond or fund that will grow, and if I eventually have to pay it, I will. But hopefully there will be a class action which can help shield people while the suit is ongoing
And still the people do nothing.
And if the lower courts intervene, SCOTUS will again rule that Trump is King and appointed by God.
At which point, people should start dumping tariffed goods in Boston Harbor, right?
