I'm getting a "LemmyApiException: temporarily_disabled" error when trying to view comments on lemmy.world, and comments don't show.

This only seems to be happening on my account on lemmy.world with Thunder. Liftoff doesn't have the issue, I've tried with an account on a different instance with Thunder and I'm able to see comments without any errors.

Is anyone else having the same issue?

I am having the same trouble. I had it from the very beginning, and always.

The workaround is to set the default sort order for comments to 'top'.

Sort order 'new' or 'old' seems broken.

Ah perfect, thank you that did the trick! I'd still quite like to sort by old or new, but it's not a dealbreaker.

This seems like a new bug, please create an issue on the github to inform all of us working on the app, so someone can know to fix it.

Isn't this an issue with lemmy.world rather than Thunder?

Maybe? Still, if some sorting modes are disabled, thunder could be made to automatically pick another.
