I believe I read his parents do have money. The suspect...not the shooter. They may still be two different people.

Following the death of their CEO, lots of anecdotal evidence of healthcare suddenly improving across the country. If true, it could be that Luigi did a tremendous amount of good for everyone. A jury would be wise to remember the big picture.
