Lot of judgement ITT. At least these guys have someone.

My sense of direction and route memory are complete dogshit, and always have been. When GPS became commonplace it was a godsend for me. But some people are still assholes about it and give grief for using GPS for 95% of my driving. Especially older people.

I'm embarrassed that I liked that guy in the 90s.

Dumb question: what is this illustration from? I recognize the art style, but can't place it.

I'm even crankier. I've seen a handful of tats that I thought looked awesome. All the rest looked like some bored jr high kid doodled on the person's skin.

I have noticed a few messages slipping through the past several weeks, whereas I used to get basically zero spam.

It's a staple used in a fuckton of recipes in addition to being a go-to breakfast item. Many Americans stupidly ignore politics, but still pay a lot of attention to the prices of common goods like milk, eggs, bread, gasoline, etc. Folks are living hand to mouth because the billionaires hoard all the money.

I've never been a real coffee drinker either. Almost all of my friends and family are coffee enjoyers.

Once in a while I'll get one of those iced coffee drinks that's more like a milkshake. Those are pretty good. But it's not really coffee, IMHO.

Humor can be hard to explain (and explaining it sometimes makes it less funny).

I think what makes crepes funnier than grapes is the American association of crepes with sophistication and "fancy restaurants". The juxtaposition of the genteel with an embarrassing demise is funny to some people. Especially with the woman looking on with vague disapproval, as if the choking man is commiting a faux pas.

A joke like this definitely won't land for everyone. I find it mildly amusing, but not that funny.

My wife likes to watch live sports on TV. During the commercial breaks I do word puzzles on my phone. She doesn't mind.

They came out a little soupy so I put them back in the oven and now they are fine.
