Any way you can learn new skills or get certs while you work? Take on a project to put on your resume? Help others? Hopefully, you will find something that challenges you or make work more appealing during your day?

Second coromon! Its my favorite monster catcher besides Pokémon. Nexomon doesn't take itself seriously and is a nice filler for Pokémon as well.

There's so many I can think of because there are just too many books that have such a great story or good characters.

I recently finished Some Desperate Glory and can imagine it as a TV series.

Admittedly, some of the works I have enjoyed I selfishly do not want another version of it: Project Hail Mary (movie coming out with Ryan Gosling), dungeon crawler carl they're trying to make live action. I could go for animated but unsure about live action.

Apple has picked up a bunch of book based TV shows. I read but haven't seen Pachinko.

Thanks everyone for all the recommendations!! It was nice waking up to all these responses!! Definitely will add most of these to my list!

Also they don't have to be "scary". Spooky and eerie vibes also welcome!!

Hello! In the spirit of Halloween, I wanted to see if anyone had some recommendations for good horror books?!

Open to new and classic books. I've read quite a bit of Stephen King already. Some classics like Dracula, Turn of the Screw, Shirley Jackson books, etc. Exorcist is probably the scariest book I've read.

What else should I try?

US did consider this with Utah pioneering this initiative first. . I myself am still a believer in Housing First initiatives. The increased homelessness is a s/sx of continued systemic issues in the United States that need to be addressed in conjunction of Housing First initiatives. We need COL to be better, more affordable housing in general, education, employment rates, etc.

I have someone I work with that brushes her teeth at work. I admire her dedication.

He has a book called Paddle Your Own Canoe where he talks a lot about this.

I did the audiobook and its preachy but not a bad listen. Essentially, dont be a shitty human.

Picked up Doom Eternal for like $4, which is not bad at all. Believe can get $4 of gameplay out of it even if its not as good as predecessor.

If so, which ones? I am looking to game and talk to friends over discord on my Steam Deck. No FPS, more bullet hells, ARPGs, etc. Thank you!!

❤️❤️❤️. His name is Kirk :)
