It can if we include things such as power generators

Wheels are fundamentally the same, mechanically.

How they're made changes, and what they're made of changes, but they are fundamentally the same mechanically for how they function

If that graphic is accurate, the media didn't "get" anyone. Seems some countries are actually gun-ho with the elimination of privacy, and its a movement that doesn't die with one failed vote.

Y'all are getting too fucking comfortable. Authoritarianism is always around the corner, even when things feel safe.

The drive to put AI on everything has never been pushed by anyone who genuinely understand the technology.

It is entirely pushed by billionaires who hate the rest of humanity and want legal chattel slavery from a populace that won't resist. Hence the push towards AI, regardless that they hallucinate all the time.

Active duty and younger vets seem more capable of seeing the bullshit than old vets.

I see a lot of vets against fascism springing up all over protest posts, and they seem to generally be somewhere between mid-20s to 40s.

Older ones, however, seem more rare, or generally just super MAGA.

Just my own anecdotal observations of what algorithms put on my feed

Also, one of the main reasons the Vietnam war ended was mass protests against it.

The war had become extremely unpopular in the USA.

Democracy in the digital age makes the atrocities of a country harder to hide from their domestic population than fascism, wouldn't you agree?

My dude, ICE just got a budget that dwarfs the marines specifically to become Trump's Gestapo and genocide force: https://www.independent.co.uk/news/world/americas/us-politics/ice-funding-world-militaries-b2790466.html

And "isolated incidents"?

My dude, I want you to ask yourself, really ask yourself, were the rights of immigrants more compromised last year, or this year?

Did they have more of a legal framework to rely on to ensure their own safety and safety for their loved ones this year or last year?

We're facilities being built en masse specifically for an unparalleled mass deportation campaign (which is how the Holocaust started BTW) last year or did that start this year?

Ask yourself, was the active president trying to normalize sending the military to confront protestors last year or this year?

Shit, don't just ask yourself, ask immigrants. Ask scholars who specialize in the history of genocide.

You're too hyper-focused on simple raw data while conveniently ignoring the context of the reality behind it, and your data isn't even up to date for the current year who's data would most be important to have for this conversation.

Not to mention the very likely discrepancy that people detained by ICE and sent to concentration camps are likely not gonna show up on data talking specifically about US prisons for US crimes. Especially when you consider THE VAST MAJORITY THAT ICE HAS KIDNAPPED HAVE NO CRIMINAL RECORD: https://www.cbc.ca/news/world/us-ice-immigration-arrest-data-1.7584212

Why tf would they show up on that data?

Also, do you genuinely believe ICE when they report back that their victims are alive and ok, when 1.2k ARE FUCKING MISSING FROM ALLIGATOR AUSCHWITZ? Which we only know about because it was closed down for environmental regulations.

I'm not defending Islam.

I'm saying we're fooling ourselves if we're suggesting that radical Christians aren't a colossal threat just as radical Muslims are.

In many ways, they're actually a greater threat to the West because they hold power here. Muslims generally don't, in comparison.

And again, I invite you to see the source of so many of Israel's weapons they use to commit genocide and illegally attack their neighbors.

Its widely Christian Zionists in America.

  1. You can draw a picture of Mohammed without being murdered. Do it now. I promise you you'll be fine.

  2. There never has existed any rules in Christianity about drawing Jesus in any way being a no no. Shitty comparison.

  3. The fundamentalist Christians of the USA disappeared someone because they had a meme of fat JD Vance. The same people who turn around and tell the country God is king and Christians are facing genocide from a nonexistent communist deep state. Same ones who fully support Israel's genocide in Palestine and emperial war to make Greater Israel so the Christian version of the apocalypse can begin.

So no, the world isn't safe from radical Christians. We're actually more in danger now than we have been in quite some time.

I often see a lot of praise of Tito for successfully keeping the various ethnic groups of Yugoslavia at peace throughout his tenure, and thus keeping Yugoslavia together.

However, isn't one's success greatly determined by their legacy, and what they left behind when they died?

The country blew up, fractured into genocidal conflict and lost some the best parts of their socialism.

It seems more that Tito didn't actually fix Yugoslavia's underlying ethnic conflicts, but rather successfully swept them under the rug during his tenor.
