Technically, it's ~~already legal(?)~~ rarely prosecuted.

Please do not spread disinformation.

Isn't making shit up the whole point? Otherwise it'd be a board game.

If this defense is accepted by the courts it will make downloading pirated content legal for everyone.

If you allow your body to heal without ensuring that you have proper range of motion, it will be very difficult to get it back. The therapist makes sure you do it. It can be extremely unpleasant.

Getting stretched out in sexual context: "Feels good man".

Getting your muscles, tendons, and ligaments manipulated post injury by a physical therapist: "Feels really bad man".

US has been nobody's ally since 2016...except Israel. The quicker the rest of "the west" realizes this, the better they will be.

Not that I have found. We need one.

My old Reddit account gets regularly scrubbed because Reddit keeps restoring shit. First, all posts get deleted (again), then all comments get replaced with crap, and after a few months, they too get deleted.

A mod looked at my profile and couldn't wrap his little brain around it. Hundreds of thousands of comments and post karma, but no posts. How? LOL

It is interesting to see the different paths the card games designed by Garfield have taken. Keyforge is essentially a "Kickstarter" style game where new collections are pre-sold and are difficult to find outside of their dedicated community otherwise. Netrunner is for all intents and purposes an "open source" project, maintained exclusively by the community.

Looking at what Hasbro is doing with MtG and considering their shaky financials, would you support MtG if it went independent? If so, would you rather the exclusivity of a "Kickstarter only" Keyforge format, or the "free for all" community project format that Netrunner has followed?

I was an early beta tester of Google's Bard AI, now known as Gemini. Back then I was excited about a chatbot that could provide concise results to my search engine questions. It was soon apparent that the majority of the answers Bard returned were incorrect by varying degrees. Fast forward a number of years and Gemini results aren't much better. For example, I asked it for the standard tuning for a Puerto Rican Cuatro stringed instrument and the original result gave me the tuning for six strings even though the instrument has ten strings. I had to correct multiple times before it finally acknowledged my answer.

The amount of time and energy being wasted on this trash is infuriating.

“Janice and I lived in our home since 1979. We raised our children and grandchildren here. Every inch of our house was filled with love. Beautiful memories that can’t be taken away.”

This one hit me hard. I wish what Billy said was true, but it isn't that simple. As we get older, it gets very difficult to remember everything clearly. When people say "a house full of memories", what they really mean is a "a house full of memory triggers". Mr. Crystal, his wife, and his children have lost a lot of those triggers to the fire.

I might be silly and sentimental, but this made me genuinely very sad.

Today, January 6th, is the 12th day of Christmas. You know, the one from the song. It is called Epiphany and in many countries it is celebrated as Three Kings Day.

If your family celebrates it, I hope you got a nice present!

A recent copyright action taken by Teenage Engineering against Florian Pilz's "Bad Gear" ‪@AudioPilz‬ channel exposes a dangerous precedent lurking in the license agreement buried inside Teenage Engineering's materials: They have severe restrictions on exactly how you can use their devices in your published music. Unless you comply with their licensing restrictions, they could actually have a copyright claim against you, your music or your performances! In this video I expose what is going on, and how to avoid legal issues.
