I mean typically you buy the brushes and pay for the teaching one way or the other. AI isn't paying any artist for training upon their work.

Yeah, my high school had a similar issue. There was an "alternative" school that was basically worse in every capacity and every deviant student or pregnant student was "encouraged" to transfer. The wild thing was you would still walk the stage with everyone from the initial high school so graduation day was like 20% people you didn't even know or thought they moved away.
Battlestar Galactica and Band of Brothers are basically annual binges for me.

Bro, imagine my disappointment when I jumped back into D2 after years at the behest of friends and was immediately thrust into a story that made no sense, told I needed to go back and grind old content to unlock an entire skill tree, and worst of all.... those bastards removed The Farm.
If artists were compensated for their art being fed through the AI to feed the algorithm, sure. They are not. It's not too dissimilar from our comments and data being farmed to better other LLMs and that is intellectual theft as well.
