Are those part of the fediverse? I've used matrix in the past, but have no experience with xmpp or irc I don't want to scare them with something complicate.

I'm working on a project that needs a similar approach to slack or discord. I know about matrix, but the person I'm working with said to be open to use a fediverse alternate when I tell them I didn't want to use slack. I mention matrix and the fediverse as an alternative and they asked me a good fediverse option.

It's needs to be good for team collaboration, easy to set and be able to maintain original images quality.

I've been using krita for a while now to do pixel art on android, it works great, but you need to play with the setting to make it work properly.

Recently I found Drawpile, which is based on krita but optimized for android. https://f-droid.org/packages/net.drawpile/

To having a better life.

I like YouTube as much as the guy next to me, but at this point we have become to Dependant to it. Instead of watching quality content like movies, series, documentaries or animation; we end watching someone talking about that on YouTube. When we find nothing good on the platform we end watching something we don't care about just to have something to watch or having as background noise. Some people can't even enjoy a meal or sleep without YouTube. At this point YouTube is more numbing the TV ever was.

I hate what they are doing, trying to block Invidious, Newpipe and the ability to watch the platform without ads. But at the end it'll be the best for all of us except for YouTube.

Eventually YouTube will die and a new shitty monopoly will step in.

Yes, I use App Manager. On APKs chose open as, app manager, scan. If the app is already installed you can also use the scanner option

I use Fennec as my default android browser, but since it updated to 127.0.0 the Dark Reader extension has been broken. Some sites like github are in light mode by default, when I checked Dark Reader's option a message saying that dark theme is detected on the page, but the page is in light mode. Other pages like Brave search are also on light mode but the message, now said something about the site been on a global dark list (I don't know what that means but it's blinding me) this aren't the only websites with this issue by the way, so every time I browse the internet is like playing russian roulette with my eyes, not knowing when is going to be dark or light. Tried Mull but is the same problem.

Tried to change to Midnight Lizard and Dark Background and Light Text but neither work as smoothly as Dark Reader used to work.

I didn't knew Friendica could interact with Lemmy. For whatever reason Lemmy and Kbin had been in their own corner of the fediverse.

What's keiyoushi? Can you use it for anime like Aniyomi.

When Tachiyomi went down I migrate to Aniyomi and have since them enjoyed the anime feature. It's still working, but it'll be such a pain to migrate all my anime and manga library.

Moving from Mixplorer to Ghost Commander (lemmy.today)
 

I've been wanting to move from Mixplorer to Ghost Commander for a while now, but whenever I move an image, then it stops showing on Aves (fdroid) and whenever I move an audio file then the same happens with vinyl.

This files are still on my device, and Vlc and Fossify gallery can still interact with them, but not Aves, nor Vinyl.

Does someone know how to fix this?

All I want to do is move to Ghost Commander, I don't want to change my gallery or music app.

Is there any open source file manager not avalaible on Fdroid?

I've tried them all and Ghost files seems to be the one that can best fulfill my needs.
