Amateur astronomy, especially astrophotography. Sure, budget setups can be had but nothing beats your own permanent observatory.

Fully agree. As an ex-Christian, the crusades used to be unimaginable to me. Now I see them as an easy trend line from current events.

What I do is mute all calls not on my contacts and never set up voice mail.

Avid reader here, and I sometimes browse books on pirate bay. When I find one I like I download the ebook and if I read it I also buy a print edition. Not everyone does that, of course, but in my case piracy generates sales.
