Well, Picard knows he's in the Nexus, got a quick run-through from Guinan on what to do, and is actively looking for Kirk to help leave the Nexus and prevent a disaster.

According to Kirk, he just got blown out of a missing bulkhead being a hero for the eleventy-seventh time and is suddenly chopping wood at an old home of his. He probably thinks he's dead.

This is a futuristic utopea! They use 3 sea shells!

Is whatculture worth anything these days? I stopped watching them years ago when the lists just got repetitive and when one of em ranked all the MCU movies and put Iron Man near the bottom and lower than IM2

Reminds me of the scumbag childhood friend

When you go to their house: Shoes off, no eating allowed outside of the kitchen, "it's my house so we play the game I want to"

When you go to your house: Never takes shoes off, takes a bag of chips and 2-liter everywhere they go leaving crumbs everywhere never cleaning it, "I'm the guest so we play the same I want to"

At some point there was an explanation that the lens flares were supposed to be subtext, a visual representation of the old phrase “bright future” and for a microsecond it almost made sense…until you realized how stupid that sounded and unbelievably annoying it was on screen.

Was that before or after he ~~ruined star wars~~ did TFA?

The F2P had definitely gotten much better since the early days of the game. Obviously paying players have a clear advantage but it hasn't bothered me as much this go around. F2P players have access to almost all of the same gear but it'd just require a ton of grinding to close the gap.
