The vast majority of people uploading to YT aren't (or weren't) looking to make money. They didn't even used to pay you anything. People make videos because they're creators and they like sharing things with the world.

Aside from that YT only has 1 more revenue method than any other platform. There are a dozen other ways to monetize their content.

This is, however, a sulf-fulling prophecy. As long as people maintain that mentality the cycle can never be broken.

Hmm. I thought it was just a piece of salt that broke off..?

No. Its just salt from your sweat. Hit it with some tap water and brush.

They're scraping the entirety of the web, why would the fedi be an exception?

His brash demeanor is also what keeps it from being better, and causes devs to leave. I know I would never spend my time to contribute to such a toxic environment...

Boost is a native UI, both Voyager and Blorp (While visually appealing) are just web wrappers

What's the difference?

I don't even know where to start with this. It's only available from the Play Store, meaning you have to have a device with a Google account logged in system-wide.

Further, if you want to give money to the devs, the other options also make that available without a 30% tax applied to support one of the largest monopolistic corporations on Earth.

And they're also just better...

I wouldn't bother. There are better and actually free apps like Voyager and Blorp.

Haven't heard of that before but yeah, kinda. Although it's more about aerodynamics than weight.
