Surfosaurus Max. The best way I can describe it is kind of collaborative poker. You don't necessarily want to work with the other players, so I wouldn't call it cooperative. Everyone has to work together to try and be part of the best hand for themselves though. Fun game with a ridiculous, yet fun theme.

That shouldn't change the time of the movie. FPS = frames per second. The second part is still one second. It's the number of frames you see in that one second that is different.
Does anyone think he actually doesn't want to be president again, but knows he can't admit that and is doing these things in an effort to lose?
