Not going to lie, the GME Meltdown or whatever it was called sub on reddit gave me a lot of entertainment a few years ago, especially with the whole Bed Bath & Beyond saga and how the BBBY bag holders thought Ryan Cohen was going to save them too somehow.

I dunno, what if in a couple million years some alien civilization finds what's left of him and resurrects or clones his brain? I don't know if we should take that risk..

Nice. Mines an older Clara I bought about 5 years ago. I personally don't have the use for a color screen, but for $10 I guess why not! Most books I read don't have any images besides the cover

I installed KO Reader as soon as I got it and never looked back. Not as pretty as the standard Nickel (?) OS but more customisable.

I love having an e-reader. I read so much more because of it. Much more convenient, not having to worry about heavy books, holding open pages, no need to worry about proper lighting for reading. Light and small enough to bring everywhere. I will buy another immediately once this one dies.

I love my Kobo. I installed KO Reader on it and have Calibre for managing my ebooks.

Get all my ebooks from z-library or Anna's archive.

I think the Stremio + RD combo made piracy too easy and lots of users newer to piracy panicked when they saw the announcement and started asking for refunds and alternatives before anything even happened. I also started using RD a short while before the announcement and there has been no change for me at all, everything still works like when I first started using it.

If you guys really wanted cheap EVs, maybe not having 100% tariffs on Chinese EV's would help. You can make an argument about not letting the Chinese government into the market, but as it currently stands the US government isn't looking much better.

Tesla stock makes up a big portion of his net worth. The recent drop in the stock price has wiped $12.5 Billion off his net worth. According to Forbes' calculations his net worth has dropped $42.8 billion since the end of January.

He's still ridiculously wealthy, but hurting his companies will definitely be something he cares about.

It's the typical conservative mindset, "It doesn't affect me so I don't care."

I'm reading them in the author's recommended reading order and I'm currently up to The Vor Game. While the first Cordelia books are decent the Miles books are real page turners so far. So if you were put off by the cheesy looking covers like me, give them a go!

Sorry, I had to share as it's been stuck in my head since yesterday.

I see it's based on the book by Hugh Howey, who also did the Silo series which I really enjoyed the TV adaptation of. I'm wondering if it's any good as I don't have a lot of time for starting too many TV shows at the moment.
