If doing one registry edit and installing Win11 from the iso to bypass the silly "processor unsupported" message is a too high barrier for these 43%, how do you realistically expect these same people to go out of their way and install a Linux distro? Why should they be motivated to learn in which ways it works differently from the Windows architecture? And let's not get started with "unsupported hardware" - even though the Linux experience has gotten so much smoother, it's still not uncommon to have components with subpar or no real support.

Don't get me wrong, I like Linux and I use it for work - but to think a huge part of gamers will switch to Linux with just because they don't want to update their Windows is just illusory.

Als nicht-Deutscher: wie hart mussten die gestandenen Parteien und Politiker in den letzten Jahr[zehnt]en verkackt haben dass wir hier gelandet sind? Es kommt ja nie einfach so von ungefähr weil ja alles gut läuft

It's 85% now and it's probably because it's just a fucking funny drawing of a shrimp drinking tea and speaking silly stuff... (it may also be because being trans or feminist has nothing to do with humor, stop pandering)

Well apple in french is "pomme" so "pomme grenade" is kind of the literal translation - not sure if the English word actually comes from this

Many of these are simply Depression^TM , the less special sounding but more realistic for you to actually have "feature" nowadays.

Calm down buddy, nobody called you a sovereign citizen. The comment above yours is just saying that trying to renounce citizenship but not being able to emigrate (since nobody else wants us) would leave only the option of sovereign citizenship, which obviously doesn't really work or solve anything.

Stop looking for something to feel offended about and read properly.

Open source goals are to solve a problem.

To solve a problem. Again. In Rust!

Amazing, imagine writing a bot so annoying that app devs put a specific button in their settings to ignore it. Thanks for the tip!
