The reason why poor people eat less healthy is because that's the food they can afford.
The healthy food is much more expensive.
putin's ultimate goal is to rebuild old USSR borders and control the whole Europe and Asia, he is not hiding it.
trump doesn't seem to have a problem with that and whatever he is getting from putin in return he thinks it is worth it.
Meanwhile musk, Vance and others are trying convert US into technofeudalism[1] and eventually get rid of trump one they succeed (trump likely was convinced by them that it is for his own benefit).

You're forgetting that uninsured people when get really sick they will end up in the emergency room, and of course won't have money to pay it, so you will still be footing the bill as yours will have those losses included.
Now if immigrants could get an insurance, they likely would pay part off the insurance bill (the other part would be subsidized by the state), and most importantly they would see a doctor before issue would become so bad that it would become an emergency saving the state (and effectively you) tons of money.
