There, the government is powerless. Thugs rule with virtual impunity, backed by the local ethnic armed groups that they pay for security.

There are different armed groups. Some of them have a business relationship with the Military officials. Border Guard Force (BGF) is one of them.

In northern Shan state of Myanmar, Northern Alliance (alliance between 3 EThnic armed groups) handed over the similar gang to the Chinese government after capturing the cities.

This is just storage. The article describes that the battery will use nearby solar panel for electricity.

True.

I still have my 1080p LCD monitor from 2010s working fine.

According to the article OLED has 5% chance to have burn in after 2 years. The article also mentioned Rtings test 10 years usage for OLED monitors.

According to the article, QD-OLED can also improve the image burn-in by using firmware and algorithm.

Counting the hour uses, leveling with most burnt pixels, reduce the luminosity, giving pixels extra luminosity to use when there is burnt in.

From improvements in the efficiency of OLED materials to software developments and new testing techniques, OLED burn-in risk has been lowered. OLED monitors are generally a more sound investment than ever—at least for the right person.

If you want offline, don't chose Plex.

I have Plex premium. When there was an internet outage in my area, Plex struggled to play even offline media.

Voyager lists all the communities with z in the name (even z in the middle or end of the name).

Useful but not the same as the feature requested.

A-Z navigation bar still has its own use.

I myself have many communities subscribed. If I want to visit something starts with Z and it is still not my favorite, I have a long scroll ahead.

With suggested feature, I can reach z easily.

I tried fish and liked it.

But compatibility to bash is not great.

So I changed to zsh with zsh quick start kit (zgen and later zgenom). Zsh has more more community, frameworks and plugins.

Now I roll my own zsh config using zinit with turbo.

[–] tun@lemmy.world 1 points 2 years ago

On Mac, zsh is default.

I use zsh with zinit (with turbo mode) or zgenom.

Zsh quick start kit and z4human (created by powerlevel10k author) are great starts if you do not want to invest on configuring zsh.

Now there is something I do in fancy way.

I am on Android with app as PWA using Chrome.

First tap on the blurred pic scroll pic to top of the view. Second tap unblur the pic.

Is it the normal behavior? It might be better to unblur on first tap.

Somebody has made an affordable, good quality wireless finger trackball - Review of Nulea m505/m505b

Never seen such discount price for this game.

I am not from US and cannot buy it (Amazon said it is geo restricted).

Someone might want it.
