Ah. Perhaps it has nothing to do with old.wetshaving.social, then.
Cool. It's easiest for me to switch directions by focusing on the reflection of the foot.
I noticed @gcgallant hasn't posted in a week, and I fear it's my fault for disabling old.wetshaving.social. I hope I didn't cause him to get lost!
I've turned old back on in hopes he'll rejoin us (assuming that's the reason).
Has anyone heard from him otherwise?
Much less sophisophisticated, but very close!
We're going to visit my parents for the weekend. They're doing some restoration work to the upstairs (not a renovation according to my father) so we'll be staying at a nearby hotel.
Looking forward to it!

I think this soap likes more water than I've been giving it. Too bad I'll probably put it back on the shelf for another 9 months, and by then I'll have forgotten how to use it.
I use gmail. You just have to set up an "app" password. I always have to search for how to do that, but once you have an app password you're off and running.
I also just started hosting my own nfty and have been moving as much as possible to that. So far I've replaced two email notifications with push notifications, which is nice.

A very decent shave. I have been using some super duper artisan soaps lately, and figured I'd take a break and use something more "commercial". This stuff is available in the USA at most grocery stores.
The puck is rather small, so I smushed it into an empty tub to make loading easier. The lather was really not bad at all. No complaints, and it has a nice almond type scent.

An excellent luxury shave compliments of @gcgallant@sub.wetshaving.social.
This is my first time using an Ethos soap, and I'm impressed! I loaded the entire smush, so I was not wanting for lather. I've seen this soap base used a lot on YouTube, and now I know why people are fans. I don't know anything about the artisan, but I do know the price is slightly outside of my comfort zone. It seems like you get what you pay for, though.
The scent is pleasant and just interesting enough to catch my attention. It seems like a crowd pleaser without being too generic, if that makes sense.
Its a satirical response to the first post, based on the timestamp.
