Note: In the days before computer reservation systems (edit: and door key systems), hotels had "pigeon holes" with one compartment for each room, like the one behind the clerk.

Those were big explosions. What were those drones carrying?

I've had good luck with eD2K/eMule for older shtuff.

That doesn't work well automated torrent setups though.

Also, YouTube frequently is the answer for many documentaries and straight-to-video shtuff

How many young people have actually seen a real record album cover?

Those things were like the advertising poster and marketing image for each LP record released, so recognizable and iconic design was very important.

Also, "Public Enemy No. 1" seems to be a weird off-brand version of then-popular rap group Public Enemy. Probably used to dodge copyright problems.

Or how about Linda Ronstadt after her Nelson Riddle era?

As a follow up, possible Iranian malware be damned, this turned out to be the smoothest running version of the game that I tried.

BitDefender didn't find anything, but of course that doesn't mean anything after you have the app installed.

Others that I tried had Chinese stuff on bootup, and stuttered when running.

I didn't see this /c in this URL's crossposted list

Confusingly, the test API for this is named voyager.lemmy.ml

There's a red "1" notification on the Settings button at the bottom right, but I have no idea what it is.

Clicking on the button just opens Settings, no markings saying what the notification is related to.

Poking around a couple of settings didn't reveal anything.

On Android, v2.24.0

FIXED - It was a notification that an upgrade was available.

Archived version, for posterity

I see that the official Matt Leacock's Pandemic boardgame adaptation on Android was abandoned by Asmodee, allegedly due to various quality problems.

There are a few versions floating out there in various apk archives, and even something called "Pandemic" in the Google Play store by some outfit named Seadex that I have no idea whether is anything related to the original boardgame.

Does anyone have a favorite implementation of the Pandemic boardgame they can recommend?
