Most are, but enough aren't to be quite infuriating
I guess I just don't interact with enough people.
I strive to interact with a number of people such that I don't experience people walk around playing videos on their phone in public, so maybe you're doing something right.

I think most aren't. But many of the listed things are something that annoy many people when just one person does it.
I suppose that makes sense.
Other than number 4 yeah. Zipper merging in America is top 3 pet peeves.
