I mean you're not wrong either, but accepting the premise that critical thinking is anathema to tankies is pretty funny.
Marxism is based on scientific method, if you need to figure out if it's actually an anathema to them.
MLs are no more scientific in their approach than the fucking Nazis were. Saying "IT'S OBJECTIVE REALITY" loudly and repeatedly might make for good propaganda to the braindead, but it's not much of an actual argument. And, for the record, the ML disdain for even basic precepts of Marxism does not make them particularly appropriate heirs to Marxist thought.
