conversely, it's a bad idea to not keep emergency preparedness supplies like โ‰ฅ3 L water per household occupant, dried food (beans etc., rotated regularly), a first aid kit, etc.

You can be sure that the govt will treat every single disaster like Katrina and the trucks will grow large enough to mow down 20 kida at once
